Python Job: Talent Acquisition Intern

We are a 05 years old self-sustained start-up, wherein we have bootstrapped to establish our presence in consulting, coaching and boutique hiring world. We have also been simultaneously working to enter the Ed-tech world. As we continue to bootstrap, we are looking to build a core team for our newest service which falls under the EdTech domain.

Designation: - Talent Acquisition Intern

This role is for out Executive Search division where we take pride on the quality of candidates we share through a seamless process.

Role Details: -

 Working on non-technical &/or technical roles like :- Java/python/C++/Golang Developer, Embedded, Tester(manual/automation) pFTTx, SDN/NFV, Microservices, Dotnet, SQL etc.

 Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools

 Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with requirements by, evaluating, screening, and interviewing candidates

 Search and recruit quality candidates via database searches, Internet, resume bank, job postings, job boards etc.

As an Associate Consultant I/II, you will play a key role in handling Full Cycle Recruitment for a diverse set of clients from Telecom/IT/Chemical/Non IT domains for senior/mid-level roles.

Required Experience & Skills: -

 An enthusiastic candidate who has passion for finding the right talent through “outside of the box” and innovative approaches.

 Be well versed with the process of job postings, Boolean searches and functioning of various job portals.

 Relevant Experience of 02 months
